Medical Transcription Pricing
We have an objective pricing policy which is 30% to 40% lower than other service providers, the fact that our services are solicited by renowned doctors, hospitals and health care company’s is a testimony of our abilities to deliver. We use billing software which automatically notes line costs and provides tracking features for every customer.
Our pricing is based on the following guidelines
LINE COUNT:
- Line count is computed by converting a document into text and
dividing the characters based on set parameters of characters per
line.
CHARACTER:
- Character is defined as any typed letter, number, space or any keystroke entry, invisible characters such as space, tabs and paragraph marks are also counte.
REPORT :
- Report may consist of infinite lines, characters, paragraphs or pages
- Our regular pricing is based on a 65 character line that ncludes spaces tabs or paragraph marks, radiology reports are however billed as a report per .
PRICING HIGHLIGHTS:
- 8.5 cents to 10 cents a line of 65 characters
- $2 to $3 per report without any extra charges for Macros under 15%
- 10% to 15% discount for 200 reports assigned within 4 days every week
Concessions:
We provide concession on the rate of 10 to 15% on large sized transcription like about 200 patient reports and at least 4 days a week.
