Our medical transcription pricing policy

Being affordable is more important to us than a few hundred dollars more. Our pricing policy reflects our core values and beliefs. We can save our clients 40% of their operational costs without compromising a wee bit on quality. Over six hundred medical practitioners, healthcare facilities and hospitals are happy with the medical transcripts and bills they receive!

Our pricing parameters

We bill our clients based on the below mentioned parameters.

Line count:
Line count is computed by converting a document into text and
dividing the characters based on set parameters of characters per
line.

Character:
Character is defined as any typed letter, number, space or any keystroke entry that is necessary for the content and appearance of a transcript. And includes characters present in the header and footer of a document.

Report:
Our regular pricing is based on a 65 character line that includes spaces, tabs, or paragraph marks. Radiology reports are however billed per report.

Pricing structure

8.5 cents to 10 cents a line of 65 characters
$2 to $3 per report without any extra charges for Macros under 15%
10% to 15% discount for 200 reports assigned within 4 days every week

Wallet friendly price discounts

We provide a 15 % discount for bulk volumes of work. Clients who work with us on a regular basis can also avail of steep discounts on their transcribing bill!
